These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and a45.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the a45.com website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the a45.com website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on a45.com, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. a45.com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by a45.com may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of Services offered by a45.com, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address that you own and have access to;
• A valid Philippine mobile number;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address in the Philippines.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. a45.com is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. a45.com will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify a45.com support immediately via live chat.

a45.com accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) only. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made through supported Philippine payment channels.

Accepted Payment Methods

• GCash — Deposits credited within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions;
• PayMaya (Maya) — Deposits credited within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions;
• BPI Online Banking — Deposits credited within standard bank processing times;
• BDO Online Banking — Deposits credited within standard bank processing times;
• Metrobank Online Banking — Deposits credited within standard bank processing times.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• a45.com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• a45.com reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their a45.com account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time of request, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section;
• a45.com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns;
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have passed all required KYC verification steps;
• Any active bonus funds must have met the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes withdrawable;
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or restrictions;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).

a45.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: a45.com reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected or detected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. a45.com reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

All games available on a45.com are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for digital games, and regulated live streaming studios for live dealer games. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently verified and audited on a regular basis.

• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be returned to your account balance.
• a45.com's records of all game transactions are the definitive record of gameplay activity. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's server logs shall be considered the authoritative source.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on a45.com. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players;

• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;

Responsible Gaming Tools

• Interruption or cessation of the Services for any reason;
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. a45.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, a45.com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your a45.com account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

a45.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of termination for cause, a45.com reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the a45.com Platform shall first be submitted to a45.com's internal dispute resolution process.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to a45.com's support team via live chat, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: a45.com will conduct a thorough internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within five (5) business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.

a45.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
